A grizzly bear, Ursus arctos horribilis, pauses as before trying to climb a rock wall for a second time. Having followed this bear as it moved along the river edge for a short time, it had started to climb over logs and debris, I think, trying to decide if it could climb the rock face to reach the hills above. This image happened after the bearâs first attempt to climb, having to come back down, it looked over its shoulder for just a moment before trying again and successfully climbing the rock wall. 54°37'19.5168" N 129°54'30.4092" W
